Eighteen people were injured on 15 Nov 2025 afternoon when a Citybus reportedly lost control and ploughed into a roadside planter outside Hong Kong International Airport’s Terminal 1. All casualties were conscious, with seven understood to have sustained more serious injuries.
Images circulating online show the A12 service double‑decker with both upper and lower front windscreens shattered, while a nearby road sign appeared bent out of position following the impact.
